DONYA VAHIDI
Donya Vahidi practices corporate commercial, intellectual property, technology and enter-tainment
law at Boughton Law. As part of her intellectual property practice, she advises
clients on brand strategy and protection, trademark applications, cancellations, opposi-tions,
infringement, passing off and unfair competition. Vahidi also assists companies in
the negotiation and drafting of technology-related agreements, including software as a ser-vice
agreements, licensing agreements, development agreements, information technology

CRAIG DOWDEN, PH.D.
Craig Dowden, a certified positive psychology coach, has a doctorate in psychology, with a
concentration in business. An engaging and inspiring coach, Dowden partners with lead-ers
and executives from diverse industries and sectors to work on their most important
challenges. In his role as a trusted advisor, he integrates the latest findings in the science of
leadership, team and organizational excellence into his coaching and consulting work. Read

SARAH MATSUSHITA
Sarah Matsushita is the communications and network engagement manager of the
Ontario Nonprofit Network. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 10
years and most recently directed communications and advocacy for a women’s rights net-work
in Asia Pacific. Matsushita has previously worked in the educational sector in Japan
and in fundraising and event production at the Toronto International Film Festival and the
Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre. She holds a degree in political science from McMaster
University and public relations post-grad certificate from Humber. She lives in Burlington,

Doug McCann is a managing principal of Predictive Success Corporation. He has been
leveraging the Predictive Index to optimize organizational development and succession
planning through consulting and educational training for over 25 years. Prior to joining
