HRPA’s new DNA 360 tool is a comprehensive capability
assessment and needs analysis tool for the corporate HR
function. Gain a clear sense of how your HR function is
performing across seven dimensions of performance – plus,
employ the option to benchmark senior-level peer input
against those performance metrics.
The DNA 360 analysis can isolate and identify any gaps the
HR function may face, whether in actual performance in
