I am sure it comes as no surprise that organizations can safe-guard

are many technology-enabled solutions that can effectively extract
knowledge and cultural insights to reduce organizational risk
when key talent moves on. Another proven risk mitigation strat-egy

in Forbes magazine referencing Tim Brown’s (CEO of IDEO) cre-ative
approach to enhancing durability, agility, flexibility, efficiency
and teamwork.
The Conference Board’s whitepaper Bridging the Gap: How to
transfer knowledge in today’s multi-general workplace is a must read
for any HR professional.
