job market, employees cannot ignore the
edge provided by legitimate, well-established
professional designations, and look
at them as career accelerators.

within a profession. A designation is good
for employers and HR departments, who
can easily hire the right people. It’s good
for job seekers, who can easily prove their
skillset. It’s good for any profession, as
it helps to establish its legitimacy and
credibility.
